DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the content, brand, and growth strategy across MaRLo’s global artist brand. Working with a close-knit and dynamic team but often operating independently, this is a hands-on role at the centre of a fast-moving international entertainment and lifestyle brand. 

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the social media content and communications calendar across all MaRLo and ALTITUDE related platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, Facebook, Soundcloud, Spotify)

* Conceptualise and deliver high-impact creative content, with strong emphasis on building the social media platforms.

* Work closely with international promoters to ensure all events are promoted across MaRLo's social channels.

* Coordinate videographers and photographers at all shows

* Branding, creative concepts and input for ALTITUDE events

* Collaborate with labels and partners on key campaigns

* Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms

* Everything marketing related to the various brands ESSENTIAL

* Autonomous, proactive and confident taking ownership

* Highly creative with strong visual and brand instincts

* Proven experience growing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts and be up to date on trends

* Hands-on social publishing experience (Instagram and TikTok essential)

* Solid design skills using Canva or Photoshop

* Working knowledge of basic video editing (trimming, cropping, short-form edits)

* Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace DESIRED

* Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager

* Experience with Audience Republic and/or Mailchimp
